ROOMCOLLE is a platform for organizing, preserving, discovering, and sharing information about collectible items and collections.

ROOMCOLLE is not a marketplace, seller, buyer, broker, payment provider, escrow service, authenticator, appraiser, or party to any transaction between users.

You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

ROOMCOLLE may use automated security measures, including anti-bot verification, duplicate prevention controls, and rate limits. You must not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with those measures.

Each account uses a unique and permanent @username as its public identity. Your @username cannot be changed after account creation and may appear on public items, your Showcase, shared links, and other public areas of ROOMCOLLE.

You must not impersonate another person, organization, collector, shop, or brand, or create an account intended to mislead others about your identity or affiliation.

You retain ownership of photographs, descriptions, notes, collection information, and other content that you submit to ROOMCOLLE.

You grant ROOMCOLLE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, resize, convert, display, and distribute your content only as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to upload and share your content.

Collection items and profile information that are available through public ROOMCOLLE pages may be viewed and shared by other users, visitors, search engines, and people who receive a shared link.

A public item page may display its Note and any Source or Recommended Value you choose to provide. Leave optional public fields blank when you do not want to share that information.

Purchase Price and Purchase Date are owner-only records. ROOMCOLLE may hide content from public areas when required for moderation, account lifecycle, security, or legal reasons.

Favorites are private saves and do not create a public score for an item. COLLEBUD is a one-way following feature. A collector may see who follows their Showcase and may choose to follow back. An account may follow up to 500 COLLEBUDS, but COLLEBUD does not create a friendship, endorsement, verification, or guarantee of identity, ownership, reliability, or transaction safety.

You must not use ROOMCOLLE to:

• upload illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or dangerous content;
• promote counterfeit goods or knowingly misrepresent an item's identity, authenticity, ownership, condition, origin, or value;
• infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• distribute malware, scrape the service without authorization, evade security measures, or interfere with other users;
• automate, mass-create, or manipulate Favorites, COLLEBUD relationships, search visibility, or other activity signals, or use those features to harass or repeatedly target another person;
• use ROOMCOLLE to arrange unlawful transactions or present ROOMCOLLE as guaranteeing a transaction.

ROOMCOLLE may contain collection details, Sources, estimated or Recommended Values, links, and other information supplied by users. This information is provided for organizational and informational purposes only.

ROOMCOLLE does not verify ownership, authenticity, condition, legality, origin, market value, seller identity, or the accuracy of user-submitted Sources or other information.

Any communication, exchange, sale, purchase, trade, delivery, or payment arranged outside ROOMCOLLE is solely between the people involved. ROOMCOLLE is not responsible for resulting disputes, losses, or damages.

ROOMCOLLE may add, change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features as the service develops.

ROOMCOLLE may display third-party advertising, including advertising provided through Google AdSense, on selected pages. Advertising may be personalized where permitted and subject to applicable privacy choices. An advertisement does not mean ROOMCOLLE endorses the advertiser or the advertised product or service.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, security events, or circumstances outside our control.

During Alpha or other testing periods, features and stored data may be incomplete, unstable, changed, or removed. You should retain independent copies of important collection records and original images.

ROOMCOLLE may hide or remove content, limit feature access, suspend an account, preserve relevant records, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or secure the service.

Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.

You may submit an account deletion request through the available account settings. We may need to verify the request before processing it.

Some information may remain for a limited period in backups, security logs, fraud-prevention records, legal records, or records required to resolve an active dispute.

ROOMCOLLE's name, branding, interface, software, original text, graphics, and service design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not grant permission to copy, reproduce, sell, reverse engineer, or create a confusingly similar service using ROOMCOLLE's protected materials.

ROOMCOLLE is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, error-free information, authenticity assessments, valuation accuracy, or any particular outcome from using the service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ROOMCOLLE and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses involving data, profits, reputation, collections, transactions, or unauthorized account access.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms when the service, law, or our operating practices change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page.

When a change is material, we may provide an additional notice through ROOMCOLLE before the updated Terms take effect.

ROOMCOLLE does not yet provide a general contact channel. Reports about public items or profiles can be submitted with the Report control. Contact instructions for privacy and legal requests will appear here when a channel becomes available.
