No. Purchase Price and Purchase Date are owner-only records. They remain available to you in ROOMCOLLE and in your exported collection data.

Signed-in users can privately save public items owned by other collectors. Saved items appear in the Favorites tab inside Explore and do not create a public score.

COLLEBUD lets you follow a collector whose public collection you want to revisit. It is one-way and requires no approval. You can follow up to 500 COLLEBUDS. A Showcase may display COLLEBUD and Following counts, but COLLEBUD does not create messages, friendship status, or a popularity ranking.

Open COLLEBUD from the main menu. My COLLEBUDS shows collectors you follow, while Following You shows collectors who follow your Showcase. You can open a Showcase, follow back, or remove a COLLEBUD directly from this page.

No. COLLEBUD remains one-way. Following someone back is optional and does not create a friend request, approval step, or private conversation.

Yes. Search can find public items by information such as name, category, brand, series, product line, barcode, or ISBN.

CSV is a table-based file that can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, and many other applications.

No. Exporting only downloads a copy. It does not edit or remove anything from ROOMCOLLE.

No. Your @username is unique and permanent after account creation. It is used as your public identity on ROOMCOLLE and may appear on public items, your Showcase, and shared links.

No. Your account email address cannot currently be changed from ROOMCOLLE. Make sure you register with an email address that you can access and keep secure.

Your Note may be shown to visitors on the public item page. Do not place passwords, payment information, addresses, or other sensitive information in a Note.
